Referral or direct representation
If there's mutual interest, we either make a direct introduction to the landowner, developer, sponsor, or broker who owns the opportunity, or — where the property is in Nevada and within our license — represent you directly through the purchase.
Ongoing updates
We keep a short list of investors informed as new resort opportunities move through our network, so you see relevant deals before they're broadly marketed.
